Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our cleaning services. To keep scheduling fair and efficient for all clients, please review our booking policy below: 1. Payment Required at Booking The full service amount is due at the time of booking through our online booking system using a credit or debit card only. All payments are final and fully non-refundable. Payment confirms your appointment and reserves a time specifically for your home. 2. Rescheduling Policy We allow one complimentary reschedule if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment time. Reschedule requests made under 72 hours cannot be accommodated Because payments are non-refundable, the appointment will be forfeited if proper notice is not given 3. Accurate Pricing & Home Condition Pricing is based on the service selected and the information provided at booking. If the home condition is significantly different upon arrival (excessive buildup, clutter, extra rooms, etc.), pricing may be adjusted, or additional time/services may be required. 4. Access to the Home Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If we cannot enter the home within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be marked as a no-show, and the payment will be forfeited. 5. No Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to address any missed areas (re-clean only; no refunds). 6. Before & After Photos We take before-and-after photos to document work quality and progress. Some images may be used for marketing or social media, but never with identifying details (faces, personal documents, addresses, or valuables). Clients may opt out of marketing use at any time. 7. Safety & Working Conditions We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe or hazardous conditions exist, including: Aggressive pets Biohazards Infestations Mold beyond surface level Unsafe work environments Additional fees may apply for extreme conditions or excessive buildup. 8. Pets All pets must be secured during cleaning for their safety and our team’s safety. We are not responsible for pets escaping if doors or gates are not properly secured by the client. 9. Time Estimates Arrival windows and cleaning lengths are estimates and may vary depending on home size and condition.
