Cancellation Policy
**My Cleaning Lady – Booking & Service Policy** By booking, you agree to the following: **Payment & Cancellations** Full payment is required at booking. All services are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with 72+ hours notice. Late changes or no-shows result in forfeited payment. **Access to Home** You must provide access at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter within 15 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show. **Pricing & Conditions** Pricing is based on the information provided. If conditions differ (excess buildup, clutter, extra areas), we may adjust pricing, add services, or reschedule. **Satisfaction Guarantee** Report issues within 24 hours. We offer re-cleans only, no refunds. **Photo & Video Consent** By booking, you consent to before/after photos or videos for quality control and documentation. We avoid capturing faces, personal documents, or sensitive items. Notify us in advance if any areas should not be recorded. **Marketing Use** We may use non-identifying photos/videos for marketing (website, social media). You may opt out before service. **Privacy** Your personal information is used only for scheduling and service. We do not sell or share your data. **Safety & Pets** We may refuse service for unsafe conditions (biohazards, infestations, aggressive pets). Pets must be secured during cleaning. **Timing** Arrival windows are estimates and may vary. By booking, you confirm you have read and agreed to this policy.
